Customisation Process

How personal can we make it?

Each hamper is made specifically for you, for the occasion and your budget. The bigger the budget, and longer the time frame, the more personal we can get with customising or personalising products. Please be mindful that with our smaller hampers we are a bit more limited. We can however always cater to dietary requirements and sizing for clothing (for our baby bundles).

Can I get a box you’ve already done?

As each hamper is custom created we can’t guarantee the exact same products, as some items are subject to availability. We do however love when you let us know which ones you like so we can base your hamper on that.

What does the box include?

Each box includes your carefully thought out goodies, a handwritten card, a gum or preserved flower and some subtle ‘lowkey’ branding (seen all over your box). We put a lot of love into packaging your bundles so that they all look beautiful for their recipients.

Do you have a product list?

We don’t have a product list but we can tell you which products we love and welcome your guidance for the rest. There are some products that we use more frequently, but some we like to source specifically for your hamper to capture those personal vibes/ inside jokes :) Some of the products we are loving at the moment are: - The Commonfolk Collective candles - Bopo Women body oils - Wheatbags Love wheat bags - Ponchik baby clothes - Nana Huchy rattles - Snuggle Hunny swaddles and bibs - Mini and Boo silicone feeding accessories

Can I include perishable items e.g cheese, fruit and veg, flowers?

We don’t like to work with fresh food items, but bring on the booze! There are plenty of companies doing great food hampers or grazing boxes that we can recommend if that is what you are after.

What if I change my mind?

If you decide “it’s just not the right time for this one”, you can choose to cancel your order before you give us the go ahead. Please be aware that if we have already started sourcing specific products for you, there may be a cancellation fee.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide.

What is your minimum turnaround time?

There minimum turnaround time is 7-10 days. Some personalised items may take a bit longer for us to get so the more time you give us the better. If you have a specific date in mind, please let us know so that we can start getting your hamper ready for you and it can arrive on time.

How much is shipping?

We use a courier company to send all your hampers. Shipping prices are dependent on the size of your hamper and how far it has to travel. On average shipping is between $15-$25 depending on how big the hamper is or how far it has to travel.

Can I pick up my hamper or arrange my own courier

Yes! Of course you can.


How much are the hampers?

All hampers are custom made to suit your budget. Please refer to our gallery for an idea of price ranges and if there is something that you like we can adapt it accordingly.

Is there a minimum spend?

We try to accommodate all budgets but we recommend starting at $60 (not including postage).

How do we pay?

Once we get the go ahead, we will send you our bank details for direct debit payment.
